This is the PLAYFUL PENGUINS Long Sleeve Top with Pants Set. It is constructed of Turquoise Micro Gingham Fabric (which is a tiny check). It has long elastic sleeves w/white ric rac trim. The smocked bishop style blouse has two button neck closures. The pants have an elastic waist.  Machine Washable, Tumble Dry Low

Besides the top quality fabric and construction, the ADORABLE Smocking design is perfect for WINTER/Christmas!
